  • Can I return an order?
    Custom orders may not be returned. Additionally, any beauty products, due to health concerns, may not be returned as well.
  • Can I change my order?
    Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Each order may be canceled or altered within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that time, the order is processed.
  • Are custom orders returnable?
    No. Custom orders are made based on the customer's specific measurements and are not returnable.
  • How do I return an item?
    In order to properly return an item acceptable of return, you must email us with your order number and request a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt, we will review the items requested of return and if items are acceptable for return, we will provide the correct return mailing address. Please know we have different return mailing addresses based on products. Please do not return items to the incorrect address or it may result in not receiving a proper credit.
